CREDIBILITY THROUGH CONSUMER-VOTING
The Best New Product Awards prides itself on being the most credible consumer product award in North America because of what it is not. The BNPAs is not decided by Juries, Panels, or Editorial bias. It provides entrants with a completely un-biased awarding process that is the ultimate representation of the opinion of the consumer. It is exclusively based upon the evaluation of new products by a national sample of tens of thousands of consumers who have participated in the annual Best New Product Award survey.
All products entered compete in categories which include other new innovative products that fulfill the same consumer need. Each category must contain products from at least 2 manufacturers ensuring that no manufacturer can influence their win. Each product receives a research score based on repurchase intent and concept appeal. This is conducted through a Best New Product Awards survey of thousands of Canadians.
New products that represent a meaningful innovation in beauty, health, personal care, household, kids, pets, food and beverage (including alcoholic) are eligible to participate. Products that have been launched between January 1st and December 31st of the current calendar year are eligible for participation in the following year’s Best New Product Awards
Winners are given the license to use the current year’s Best New Product Award Logo indefinitely in all sales and marketing materials associated with that product. Many of the largest and influential consumer brands in the world used our mark to amplify their message.
